The Iris Hotel Group seeks a determined and passionate Head Chef to lead the kitchen at one of our key venues Hurlstone Park Hotel .
The right person for the role will be a driven individual that enjoys the rush of a busy service and is adept at managing every area of the kitchen. You will be in charge of a small kitchen team and will lead by example in this varied role, executing a casual bistro menu.
Please only apply if you fulfill the following criteria:
Minimum 5 years experience
Previous head chef experience within a similar fast-paced environment
The ability to run a smooth, organized service
Team leadership skills
Passionate about the end product
Professional, polished appearance (for our open kitchen)
A positive attitude
Please note: You should have a minimum 2 years previous experience in the above or similar roles.
